Who can become a vendor?
Anyone who wants to show their products, services or creations at the best prices. If you are an entrepreneur and you want to start your own business, or want to expand a long existing business, or even if you just want a few more income, Lakeland Mi Pueblo Flea Market is the best place to start.
What type of spaces are available?
Since Mi Pueblo is a 13 acres land, we have a series of different spaces for you to choose. There are 400 pavillion booths, all of them undercovered, 50 sheds and 180 field spaces. They can be rented by the week or the month. The only exception are the sheds, which can only be rented by the month. The majority of covered spaces have electricity. Not all spaces have parking, though, so you may ask for availability.
How can I rent a space?
It is so easy you can’t let go the opportunity!
1.- Show up at Mi Pueblo Flea Market’s Office (2701 Swindell Road) within office hours (Mon-Sat 9am-4pm).
2.- Choose your booth or field space.
3.- Pay for the weekly/monthly fee.

It is possible to rent a booth or a space on Sundays. However, there is no guarantee that you will obtain the space you want.
Vendors MUST pay in advanced in order to use the same space the next weekend. Mi Pueblo Flea Market reserves the right to rent the space to another person if the prior vendor has not payed the rent. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis beginning at 6:00 am every Sunday.
Are spaces and booths for selling purposes only?
If an individual or company wants to rent a space for promotion of their product, service, do product sampling or other certain activities, the pricing structure changes. Please contact us at the numbers (863) 682-4809 / (863) 777-0929 for more information about marketing opportunities.
Lakeland Mi Pueblo Flea Market also gives fundraising opportunities. If you need a space to hold a fund-raising event, please contact us as well.

Terms and Conditions
1.- No Refunds or Rain checks.
2.- State sales tax on space rental is included in the price.
3.- Each covered booth includes one 8″ table.
4.- Booths and Field Space reserved will be held until 7:30 am. Failure of the dealer to be on time or notify management they will be late voids the reservation and the booth/space may be re-rented.
5.- Permanent renters must pay the rent monthly in advance.
6.- Permanent renters that does not comply with the monthly payment will lose the right to use the space permanently and may be assigned to another person.
7.- Renters are expected to use their areas according rules provided by the management.
8.- Do not leave trash in or around your spaces. Be advised that if there is any trash left behind at booth/space there will be an additional fee of $25 added to rent.
